Dustin Shay builds partnerships to drive impact at scale. As the Senior Director of Partnerships at Village Capital, he develops coalitions of industry-leading corporations, impactful foundations, inspired philanthropists, and innovative investors to create change in the systems that shape our society. Through this role, Dustin has secured over $30 million in grant financing for projects around the world, including a global initiative focused on leveraging entrepreneurship to improve financial health, Finance Forward, which he currently contributes to. An avid proponent of collaboration, he has developed strategic and funding relationships with over 100 individuals and organizations.
