We build a community of support around emerging fund managers who are women and people of color, helping them to raise the capital, create the connections, and gain the skills they need to launch successful, impactful funds.

Republic unlocks capital to support founders that are defining the future of innovation. We launch equity-based crowdfunding campaigns that help founders get outside the Silicon Valley bubble and raise from the people. As of October, 2020, we’ve helped founders raise over $200 million, and we’re just getting started.

Culture Shifting Weekend brings together Black and Latinx fund managers with the capital allocators that shape the system. This bi-annual conference breaks down the social network barriers that keep these fund managers from the capital they need. To date, we’ve helped them raise over $150 million.
